Service Description

The Spring Equinox marks the middle point between the winter and summer solstices. We see the return of longer days and the growth of new life in nature. The transformation from winter hibernation to spring life bursting forward. The promise of new beginnings and the abundance of the upcoming season. In this workshop we will draw inspiration from nature and the shifting of the seasons and apply it to our own journeys. What are you leaving behind in Winter? What lessons are there to be transmuted and transformed? How can we alchemise the our winter rest into spring action? How are you nurturing the seeds you planted to help them grow into results? To help us drop into these new energies we will move through a lymphatic massage and a little hydrating love for our fascia. I'll also be chatting all things energy boosting, including how to reduce energy drainers. This workshop is free and open to everyone. Please share with your friends.
