Private Session ~ Cycles

Service Description

These intuitive sessions will be created around your needs to help bring you back into alignment. It can often feel like we are fighting against our cycles, both our monthly and the larger life cycles, pushing back against their changing nature to keep up with our 24/7 lifestyles. Held either in the Cosy Cabin in Cilcennin, or online via Zoom, we will work with one (or all) of the following: ~ Your menstrual cycle patterns (including our often erratic peri-menopause cycles) ~ The current phase of the moon and astrological energy ~ The shifting of the seasons in nature and turning of the wheel of the year Our 90 minute container will provide a safe space to process emotions, receive what you need and come back to the wisdom that you hold within. I will meet you where you are at, whether it is deep support you need, or you are ready to tap into the magic of your cycle to take you to the next level. We can draw for many sources where Eastern wisdom meets Western science including; ~ Body and cycle literacy ~ Hormonal balance ~ Chinese medicine practices ~ Womb/Sacral healing ~ Embodied / somatic movement ~ Nervous system regulation ~ Emotional processing If this is all new to you, please do not worry. We start with a chat about you, then as I said, I will meet you where you are at. Sessions can also include: ~ Pre recorded videos for further support between sessions ~ Continued support from Rachel via email or message ~ Herbal teas or cacao (in person) ~ Oracle cards and intention setting Book here or email Rachel with any queries.
